Product Review (submitted on December 29, 2019):

Part was an exact replacement for the original. However, this does not come with _any_ installation instructions. Here's a short description of how I was able to install the in my tub, _while it still had water in it_. First, if the old jet hasn't already fallen off because the tabs are all broken the WHY are you replacing it? Thirdly, the white piece that inserts into the tub is probably jammed in there really good. Go to Amazon an search for "oil seal remover". For $10 it'll save you a lot of hassle. I do not recommend using a screwdriver to pry the things out. If you damage or crack the plastic of the outer white plastic piece that is glued to the tub and piping your are looking at an expensive repair. The white plastic piece of the jet is held in place by a red plastic ring with two screws. Undo the screws, lever out the ring, lever out the white plastic piece. Lot's of crap will probably come out too. Might be time to drain your hot tub now anyway. The new part comes assembled, with the front face and the white plastic rear piece. Do not try to disassemble it, it is not necessary. Push one of the 3 little plastic rings that matches the one in the piece you removed into the new jet. Then insert the red ring back and replace the screws. Note that there is slot in the ring that lines up with a tab on the new jet. You've got to line those up. Then just push the jet firmly into place. If it's not properly seated it'll just come straight off when you start the pump. Push it in again with more pressure. That it. Should be good for another decade of use.
